Who is maximum home services?
Hello, Max here and I am a one man owner/installer at Maximum Home Services (with help on big jobs of course).
I have been using hand tools and power tools longer than I have known how to ride a bike. During my college time off, I was working doing chimney work and never thought the trades was where I would find my passion. I left the office world after 4 years to change careers back to the trades.
My first full time trade job was an insulation installer where I became a Certified Spray Foam Installer. Three years later I became a BPI Certified Home Energy Auditor which allowed me to work closely with the utility companies. Doing this work right is extensive, but the reward always outweighs the hardship and I hope to work with the utility programs soon.
I have opened this business with the goal to grow and add employees and am not afraid of larger insulation and basement solutions jobs so do not hesitate to reach out as I have both commercial and residential experience. Click below for the home page to see services provided!

There are multiple options that can be done to get your home an exterior basement entrance.
Precast bulkhead steps are one way you can create an exterior entrance to your home. Maximum Home Services handles all the contracting for excavating, cutting of the foundation wall and installing the new bulkhead. There is no need to worry on who to call, just call me!
Egress windows are another option, but they are more for an emergency exit rather than a main entrance point.

There are multiple options for both insulation and bulkheads and it is very home dependent as every home tends to be a little unique.
From insulating the rim joist to removing and installing a new bulkhead, the best way to get an accurate quote is to schedule an appointment for an in-person walk through!

I specialize in handyman services, basement solutions and insulation but have an array of construction knowledge and experience. An in-depth analysis of a buildings energy performance looking at existing insulation, heating/cooling systems, and mechanical ventilation. Thermal imaging on the inside of the house and a blower door test provides a more in depth view of a persons home performance.
This is crucial in knowing how tight a building can be weatherized and also provides proof that I made your house more efficient! The instruments used for these tests are called a blower door and thermal camera.
